Henry's mother, Jane Bowers, had a stroke the day after Thanksgiving. She was at her daughter's house and surrounded with loved ones when it happened. She was brought back to Chattanooga, where she spent several weeks at Memorial Hospital, close to death. Right before Christmas, Granny B stabilized, so we moved her to St. Barnabas Nursing Home, just blocks from Vine Street, where she grew up!
It has been difficult to see her in such a weakened state, yet we know this is not the end. We have a living Hope of everlasting Life in Christ Jesus.
And it has been a huge blessing to see the support from so many loved ones and family. It was unexpected, but wonderful to have all 4 Williams children together for New Year's Day!
